1. Does the suitcase’s dimensions meet airline regulations?

Answer: Our suitcase’s carry-on and check-in dimensions meet the requirements for all major airline providers, and many budget airlines. For safety, please check current in force restrictions with your airline prior to travel.


2. How do I unlock my combination lock if I forget the combination?
Answer: You are going to need assistance from our Repair Centre to unlock your combination lock. There is no guarantee it can be done but we will try to unlock for you. You can arrange to send your bag to our Repair Centre at any of our Wings outlets or post your bag to our head office. Please note that delivery charges both ways will be borne by the customer.


3. What is the advantage of having TSA lock compared to normal lock?

Answer: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) are allowed to search all luggage of air passengers in the US. Sometimes this may result in the internal contents of the luggage being inspected, even locked luggage. The TSA are allowed to cut open, destroy or otherwise disable all locks to enable them to access the contents of the bag. TSA approved locks, with the Travel Sentry logo, are designed so that TSA screeners can open them using special tools without damaging the lock enabling them to re-secure the baggage once inspection has been completed.


4. What is the difference among these different type of materials used to manufacture a hard case luggage?

Polycarbonate (PC) is a molded type of thermoplastic polymer and is a very popular material for hard luggage. It is lighter than aluminum but still very durable and offers more style choices, e.g. in colors and patterns.

Polypropylene, or polypropene (PP), is also a type of thermoplastic polymer and the lightest of all the thermoplastic products, making it ideal material for any lightweight luggage range.

ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) is a common thermoplastic. ABS is lighter than polycarbonate but not as durable. It is also the cheapest hard material, meaning it is popular in the cheaper hard-sided luggage ranges.

ABS is frequently added to other stronger luggage materials, e.g. polycarbonate. The combined material is more durable than ABS on its own but also lighter and cheaper than polycarbonate on its own.


5. Please advise what does it mean by DOUBLE ZIP?

Answer: Double zip is double layered zippers that are made for enhanced security. A pen can open a single zip in seconds, reveal the contents and then be closed without any sign of entry. But a pen cannot open double zips.

6. Does all the luggage in the market using double zip?

Answer: NO. There is luggage with single zip in the market. Double zip is a new technology with added security.


7. How does the warranty apply to your products?

Answer: Our products have 1 / 3 / 7 years of warranty depending on the brand and model. If an item under warranty is defective, we will not charge you the spare parts cost for the repair but a small labour charge might apply. Parts repairable are trolley, top and side handle, zip puller, lock and wheels.

8. Where is the Repair Centre?

Answer: Our Repair Centre is located at our head office in Taman Cahaya, Ampang. However customers can send the luggage to any of our Wings outlets where the luggage will be sent to the Repair Centre. Repaired luggage will be sent back to the Wings outlets for customer collection.


9. How long does it take for the repair service?

Answer: Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for repair service. (Time will be longer if spare parts are not available).


10.Should I Buy Soft Or Hard Sided Luggage?

Answer: Modern technology and innovative design has made hard case luggage easier and cheaper to make. Meaning the difference between soft and hard material has become less apparent.
Nowadays you can get similarly durable, lightweight, and priced, soft and hard-sided luggage. It can therefore be only a matter of preference, which type of material to go for.

Hard case luggage though still offers the best protection while soft-sided luggage offers more flexibility (can be expandable with external pockets, etc). Our soft or hard-sided luggage guide will help you to decide which type of luggage is the right one for your travel needs.




1. How long does delivery take?

Answer: Your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 days following order confirmation, for delivery within Malaysia. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. Please make sure there are people ready to collect your parcel within the period. For overseas orders, delivery time will depend on the speed of courier service to your country.


2. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Answer: Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Our website does not have international shipping rate/arrangement. However, you may contact us prior to completing your purchase at for special arrangements for overseas orders.


4. Can I send my order as a gift?

5. Can I just research products online, and then go to a local store?

Answer: Sure. In fact, more people use the Web for research than for purchases. We have a total of 9 outlets within the Klang Valley. Our sales representatives are ready to serve you if you have an enquiry / complaint; plus you can touch and feel the products.
