Airlines are responsible for damage to your luggage, but sometimes offer a limited window of time to make a claim. The office to make such claims is typically located inside the baggage claim area so it is advisable to address the claim before leaving the area.

This 5 year warranty only applies to the main shell of your hard shell luggage. It does not apply to damage to parts and accessories like the wheels, handles, and locks, which are covered under the separate 3 year parts warranty.
This warranty covers repair (whenever possible) and replacement of the main luggage shell due to cracks that have formed in the luggage during regular use. In the event that it is no longer possible to repair the luggage or replace the shell, then we will offer a replacement item either of the same model, or one of equivalent value. Please note that all repairs are for the sole purpose of restoring the luggage’s functionality, not to preserve the aesthetics of the luggage
This warranty covers defects to the functional accessories of the luggage including:
Warranty is not applicable if the proof of purchase is lost, defaced, or illegible.
Luggage not bought from an authorized dealer, resold or refurbished, are not applicable for warranty.
Modifications that compromise the structural integrity of the luggage will void the warranty.
Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
We reserve the right to exercise our discretion as to what qualifies as a valid claim.
This warranty does not cover discolouration, minor dents and other defacements that occur during the regular use of the luggage.
Each claim will need to be evaluated on a case by case basis by our team. Cracks and damage that are the result of excessive force or abuse will not qualify for this warranty.
